Well, it's been a while. What happened? I got a job, but one that takes up too much of my time!
FYI - I am looking for a new one that allows me to work to live rather than live to work!
On the tea front,-- my new love is Cha Noir, a delightful little tea house in the Hearth of Verdun on Wellington street. Wonderful decor and ambiance, and amazing tea and a good food selection. I must admit that I am not a fan of their dumplings and carrot salad, but their desserts - oh my!!
Cha Noir goes the extra step by providing tea choices with the food selection, inspired by the ethnic background of the dish: sencha with the dumplings, Earl Grey with shortbread cookies, etc.
And BONUS, the prices are quite affordable, making this one of my favourite tea shops in town!
